Arnside Parish Council

Arnside is one of the largest villages in Cumbria (formerly Westmorland), situated on the border with Lancashire, and facing the estuary of the River Kent, just before it flows into Morecambe Bay.

Whilst attracting many tourists and holiday makers, it is also a popular retirement area, having a thriving, and very active, community life.

It is located within one of Britain’s smallest Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty – the Arnside/Silverdale AONB.
